5f7nh (5f7nh) asked a question.

Is there a setting for admins to get notification emails when users request registration?

Our workflow is that users can request access by signing up, but admins have to approve them first.

Is there a setting for admins to get emails whenever a new user signs up?

In general, where are the settings for administrators to get notification when certain events in the okta system need the admin's attention?

  • Hi Nathan,

The common admin notifications can be controlled at the section Admin Email Notifications under Account in Settings menu. If you login as Super Administrator, you can control other admin or user types notifications as well.

Is there a ways to access notifications via API request of webhooks?
