You can right click on the Identity Provider metadata link under the View Setup Instructions box in the Sign On tab of the application in Okta > Save link as > Choose the folder to save the metadata and upload it into your application. You can also copy the xml data that might open in a new tab and paste it on a notepad and save it as a document with a .xml extension. You can feel free to open up a case with Okta Support in case you need any additional assistance with this issue.
