Hello Community, has anyone ran into an issue with their User-created SAML App for Cisco VPN?
All has been well with ours for months. No changes on our side VPN / ASA-wise, but this morning, users were unable to authenticate. Instead, they were looped endlessly through Okta login/authenticate pages after clicking "connect" on the Cisco AnyConnect client.
Once they enter credentials in browser, Instead of a success page, they receive a "You are disconnected" message, then a new tab opens requesting credentials again which leads to another "You are disconnected" message....
We have opened a ticket with Okta, but I thought I would check with the community as well.

Hello Rosa,
At the moments there is not enough information to provide a complete response in regards of this. Opening up a ticket with Okta will be best as the System Log of your Org can be checked for any errors, also a meeting to see the behavior will help a lot in understanding what exactly is happening.
