Is there a way i can configure custom regex that matches and send usernames dynamically ? Now i need to remove and re-assign existing users of an application when ever i change my custom regex for usernames.

There is no need to remove users in order to get their username updated if on the Sign on page of the application under Update application username on is set to Create and update. As well you can use the Update Now button and that will update all username that are assigned to that application.
