We have a user who has clicked the "dont challenge me for 30 days on this machine" box but every time she closes chrome and reopens it she gets challenged its like she logging in for the 1st time every time she logs in...any help please

You specifically mentioned Chrome. Does this issue only happen on Chrome for this individual user's system, and the issue does not occur on other browsers like Firefox? If this is isolated to Chrome, then the behavior is likely on the browser side and not the Okta side. Check to make sure the Chrome browser isn't configured to delete cookies when closed. 99% confident that's the source of the issue.
