Beginner Okta admin here. I added the PayPal app to Okta and assigned it to a user. The user added the Okta mobile app to their Android phone, signed in to Okta, and then clicked the PayPal app in the Okta mobile dashboard and successfully connected to PayPal. The user then signed out of PayPal and then clicked on the PayPal app on their Android phone instead of in the Okta mobile dashboard. Doing so did not automatically use Okta SSO and instead prompted the user to sign on natively to PayPal. I was under the impression that if the Okta session was active, any attempt to connect to the Okta configured app, PayPal in this example, would utilize Okta SSO. Is it possible to configure this sort of behavior or does the user have to connect to the configured app from the Okta mobile dashboard to take advantage of Okta SSO?

there is no sso between native apps and the okta mobile applicaton. the only sso is when launched from okta mobile. (iDP launch workflow)
