fs70i (fs70i) asked a question.

Prevent certain users from logging in

We have some users in our directory that are shared logins. They are synced into OKTA but how do I prevent them from logging into OKTA or using OKTA it to reset the shared account, add their mobile number, etc.?

You'll want to use sign on policies to prevent access, and potentially also a password policy to prevent reset (although reset may not work or be useful when prevented from signing in anyway). Security, Authentication, Sign On.
