Does anyone know how or if we (as admins) can restrict general users' ability to add on-the-fly apps? Also is there an ability to restrict certain URL categories from being able to be added on-the-fly? (e.g., can we let users add on-the-fly apps, but prevent them from adding on-the-fly apps for places like porn sites within Okta).
