    Login to the Okta admin console and navigate to Security > Authentication > Password, then look for "Show lock out failures" in your password policies.

    Thank you Gabriel,

     

    Unfortunately, I don't see this option. I only have the option to view lockouts for users after x unsuccessfull attempts, Account is automatically unlocked after x minutes, and Users can unlock account with self-service..

     

    Is this something that has to be enabled by Okta?

    It may be you don't have the feature enabled. You may need to open a case with Okta Support to request it.

     

    When you navigate to Security > Authentication > Password, do you see options to create policies and rules, or do you just see a bunch of global settings for passwords that apply to all users?

     

    If the ladder, I think you need the Early Access feature for Group Password Policies to be enabled, as mentioned in this doc:

    help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Security/Security_Policies.htm
