How to accept "Yes, It's me" notification in okta verify mobile app without unlocking the mobile. Is there a possible way to do it?

To approve a request from the lock screen:
if the phone is locked , it makes sense that the access to the app to not work.
As Mike said above, try that option ( but it probably ask you to unlock the device also )
Only other approach is to allow access to the app even if phone is locked, from the phone's security settings , but this will be a security risk in my opinion.
