Is there a way to create non-Okta accounts in GSuite which is conntected thru Okta?
Hey there.
I have an Okta account and Gsuite to which my users connect thru Okta. Is there a way to create a usual account in Gmail to login without Okta? By default even if user is not created in my AD, Gmail still always redirects me to Okta login page and I'm unable to login. I just need to create couple of users to be able to login without Okta for some service reasons. Is it possible?
Hello Stan,
As your G-Suite is now federated with Okta any attempts to login to the federated domain will be redirected to Okta, with exception to your Admin Accounts which still have possibility to access GSuite without SSO from Okta.
What you can do in your case then, would be to create these accounts as admin accounts with limited privileges depending on your particular needs.
