User is able to configure Okta Verify and authentication push reaches the device. User approves push notification but it never authenticates. Then it asks "Haven't received a push...?"
Trying to find out why the push notification does not authenticate user. SMS and manually typing in code works.

Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community.
The most common cause of problems with MFA tokens/Push is device related. Please check the affected device and confirm that there is no time skew issue.
Once you have ruled that out and you still experience problems, please open a Support ticket including device details, affected username(s) as well as time/date of the failures so we can investigate (please do no post any such information on the Community page as it is public).
