this already happend before, because we create their Okta before Email.
please help us with this, and let me know if I have a way to do that in case this happend again.

Hi John- I see support provided you an answer via case vs posting to the forum. Happy to see your issue is resolved!
Sharing the resolution in the event others need it: support removed both addresses from the blacklist. They should now receive Okta related emails now. So if you run into this issue - please file a case with support.
