Hello,
I am trying to create simple user via Terraform, using API Token. I can confirm the organization name and API token are correct, but I always receive this error :
[ERROR] Error Creating User from Okta: The API returned an error: Api validation failed: login
Do you have any idea what may be the problem ?

Can you kindly open a support case with Okta Support so that the issue you are facing can be further investigated?
Although the error message can appear due to the presence of duplicate users, there are certain other factors that may cause it too.

I have same issue, I am trying to import users from hub to spoke. The user eid in spoke needs to be updated by user eid or email in hub. How can I pull and over right the eid in spoke to get updated by correct email being used for eid?
