Hello. I have trial company. I want to get OKTA users and group through LDAP interface. But i can't connect to LDAP server to port 389 or 636 on host with name mailsibersystems.ldap.okta.com. How to enable this opportunity?

Hello. As i understand, OKTA LDAP Agent synchronize OKTA and remote LDAP server. But i need to synchronize OKTA users and groups and remote not LDAP server. For synchronize i can get groups and users form OKTA. I can do it throw REST api. And also i want to do it throw LDAP interface. The article "https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Directory/LDAP_Using_the_LDAP_Interface.htm?cshid=ext_LDAP_Using_the_LDAP_Interface" say that OKTA can povide LDAP interface. And it also say to "To enable it, please contact Okta Support.". How can i enable it?
