Okta LDAP Interface for Jamf

I am trying to use Okta's LDAP interface for Jamf Pro but I am running into a problem. I created a service account with read only admin privileges to make the connection but I can't figure out how to exempt that account from MFA. Since the account will be used by Jamf Pro for the LDAP connection I need to disable MFA only on that account but that does not seem to be possible?

Also does anyone have detailed directions on setting up Okta LDAP for Jamf Pro.

    Hi Christopher, this is Eusebiu.

I'm not entirely sure I understand your request, however, based on your description it looks like you are trying to bypass MFA for one specific user in Okta, to do so, you can create a new authentication rule, where you can exclude that user from MFA.

As for assistance with the integration, please open a new ticket and we will assist as best as possible. That way we can get all the necessary information while you get personalized assistance from our engineers.

    Thank you!
