Activation email language

We added translations for multiple languages in user activation emails.

 

How can we set the users language in the "Add Person" procces?

 

If is not posible to set user's language in user creation, they will always receive the activation email in the default language, so whats the sense of the translations then?

    My name is Silviu and I am a Technical Support Engineer (Tier II) at Okta.

    The language displayed in the Activation Email sent to the user after creating it in Okta should be the one set within the User Activation Email Template in the Okta Admin Console under Settings > Emails & SMS section. If that is not happening this might need hands on troubleshooting from one of our agents within Support department.

    For any further assistance please open up a case with Okta Support and get all the necessary pieces of information, if not provided yet.
