In Admin, Security, Networks is there any possibility of adding a comment or description to Gateway IPs added to the IP Zone?

There is not a field named description at this time for Network Zones, but you can use the "Name Zone" as a type of identifier for your Gateway IPs that you add to the IP Zone.
You can also create a feature request if you would like a field called descriptions for the Network Zones.
To open a feature request you would login to your Okta Tenant and select Admin. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the "Feedback" or use the following URL https://support.okta.com/help/s/ideas to post an Idea. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Go To Ideas" This will allow our PM team to review your request and prioritize your request with our development team.
