I forgot my password, and when I try to ask for help, whether if I try to click the Send Feedback , Request help or Report a bug links I am the one that's being notified.
I don't know what to do since the email address: support@okta.com is no longer used for submitting new cases to Okta Support.
And I'm unable to create a support case because I cannot login using my Okta Administrator credentials since I forgot my password.
Can you please help me reset my Okta Administrator account password so that I can login again?

I would recommend that in your case, you give support a call directly and they can open a support case on your behalf: 1-800-219-0964.
Unfortunately, either another org admin or support are the only ones that can assist with this. Thanks!
