I have an application which support both SAML and SCIM. SAML is working fine and now I want to configure SCIM user provisioning between my App and OKTA, How can i do that? Please advice.

Ionut from Okta support here, SCIM integrations can only be created in preview environments.
If you do not have a preview environment you can always create a developer account https://developer.okta.com/signup/

I have a OKTA preview environments and an app that supports SCIM. Is it possible to connect it directly from the OKTA cloud or using the OKTA On-Premiere User Provisioning Agent only (without additional SCIM Connector). If yes then can you please point me to the right direction as the Provisioning configuration only give an option to configure connector not the SCIM APP directory.
