Can we configure the user activation flow ?
Hi,
We are using the Okta's Activation email to create user. We did customize the email template to add our Organization branding. We also specified a custom landing page using : ${activationLink}?fromURI= ...
Now i would like to know if there is a way to customize (simplify) the display of the Activation page (<OktaHost>/user/welcome):
- Because i am using the fromURI : There is this 1st section "Please signin below to acess the App" - This is a little bit confusing for the end user - can we remove this?
- The App Logo is displayed twice (then if we are using the same logo as the organization) the same logo is displayed 3 times - Can we remove the app logo?
- Can we customize the Welcome message? (i.e Welcome to <Okta's Org Name>, <Firstname>! Create your <Okta's Org Name> account to access <App Name>)

Thank you for contacting Okta Community! Unfortunately we are unable to customize the Welcome message (i.e Welcome to <Okta's Org Name>, <Firstname>! Create your <Okta's Org Name> account to access <App Name>) as it is hard-coded.
I would recommend submitting this functionality as a new feature via the following link https://support.okta.com/help/oktaideas. Features suggested in our community are reviewed and can be voted and commented on by other members of the community, therefore making it much easier for the engineering team to understand the priorities that you have for feature requests.
For the other question regarding the fromURI and duplicate App logo, I would recommend opening a case with Okta Support (https://support.okta.com/help/s/cases) since this would need some troubleshooting.
