can I set a checkbox value to checked

i know this sounds wrong.

 

FranklinCovey All Access Pass has a "I have read the Privacy and Terms" checkbox on their login page.

However, it does not remember that you checked it.

 

My Chicklet fills in the id and password as well as the click of the submit button. However without the checkbox having been checked, their page clears the email and password.

 

Is there a way to check that checkbox?
