Hi,
The site default language is English. However we have hundreds of users who speak various different languages. They can login and set their default language however when they login we want them to setup their security questions and phone numbers. The issue is that these screens are displayed in the default langue(English). These users are from Active Directory. Is there a setting or attribute anywhere that we can edit so the users get the security question in their language preference.

Hi Ken,
You can specify an org-wide display language for all end users, and individual end users can specify their own language for their own experience. The user's preference overrides the org-wide display language setting.
As for the behavior you have described, the user will not have the option to change the language before the activation screen shows up. It can only be done afterwards.
