custom email templete: notification about changed email

We would love to be able to change the email templete regarding the email that goes out to a user after he/she has changed their email. We can change the email confirmation templete but not the message regarding that you or someone else have change your email attribute in Okta.

 

This is a problem for us.

    There currently is no template to edit the specific email you were referring to, yet, if you would like such a feature to be added in the Okta catalog, what I would suggest would be to create a feature request in our community forums. You can do this by accessing https://support.okta.com/help/oktaideas and use the green button "Post an idea" on the right. Features suggested in our community are reviewed and can be voted and commented on by other members of the community, therefore making it much easier for the engineering team to understand the priorities that you have for feature requests. From there, the PM team will review the top 30 most voted upon ideas each month and provide feedback/roadmap status on these via the forum.
