Under Okta Mobile I keep getting Touch ID verification failed and have to enter my PIN. The iPhone unlocks fine with the registered fingerprints as well as Okta Verify. I have tried re-securing the device and adding more fingerprints but I keep getting touch ID failed when opening Okta Mobile on my iPhone (iOS 11.4.1 6S ATT) Any ideas?

Hi, start by un installing and re installing the Okta verify app then reset you MFA so you can re-enroll.
If this fails open a case with Okta support for further investigation.
