We have been using the Blue Cross Blue Shield North Carolina Okta Verified chiclet for our users. Recently, it has stopped filling in the credentials for users. I tested creating another chiclet with this same app and the same behavior is present. Is anyone else experiencing this? I've tested in Chrome and IE on Windows 10 and have the same behavior.

It appears the login redirect URL has changed for the Blue Cross Blue Shield North Carolina site. I've submitted a request to our apps team to update our published app and anticipate around a 2 week lead time for that change to be published to the Okta Integration Network.
