Jonathan W (Customer) asked a question.
I need to map OKTA attributes into my Jive user-side profile beyond what are offered by the base attributes being syced by the OKTA OAN app "Jive Software". This is the OAN app with provisioning enabled.
The base Jive atributes are "userName","firstName","lastName","email","secondEmail" and "mobilePhone".
I want to add Primary Phone, however, I cannot find any documentation what attribute name in Jive I need to map to.
Thanks for any advice.

Hi Jonathan,
This is Bogdan from Okta support, if we have the Primary Phone number listed under the Profile editor for the application we should be able to see it as an available attribute under the mappings feature.
If the attribute is available, the you'll just need to map user.primayPhone, user.mobilePhone or whatever attribute is storing the users phone number in the Okta Profile.
According to this Kb the Primary Phone number is listed as supported for Jive.

Unfortunately, this does not work. I am familiar with mappings from Universal Directory and have tried this route. The attribute values aren't showing in Jive after adding more Jive attributes. From the link you provided, with Provisioning, it appears there is no flexibility in Provisioning attributes...

The only fields available for Provisioning are the following:
