Hello all!
We recently federated over the weekend. Everything seemed to have gone fine, but we are running into an issue. We are unable to create users directly in O365 because we have federated and O365 gives an error about being unable to create users in a federated environment. We tried to install AAD Connect and that gives an error:
"The forest xxxxxxxxxx.com cannot be added because the attribute used to uniquely identify your users in Azure AD (mS-DS-ConsistencyGuid) is already in use.
We didn't get Okta provisioning, any ideas on the best way to setup here?

I suggest opening a ticket with Support since this needs further troubleshooting and it would be easier for us to provide an answer once we take a close look.
