I am able to add Sign-in backgroud image which is less that 2MB. When i see it windows laptop it will appear perfectly fine but image is not loading properly and getting cropped from left in MacBook Pro 13 . Ideally image should auto fit in the browser but it is not auto fitting

Unlike other configurable images on an Okta org (App logos, the Org logo, etc.), the Sign-in background image does not have a maximum dimensions restriction and is only limited by file size - meaning that higher resolution images can be used, to allow for better scaling across displays.
If you would like to see this behavior changed and the functionality added to it down the line, I recommend creating a Feature Request on the Community page. This can be done on the Okta Community by using the 'Feedback' option at the bottom of the Okta admin console.
