OKTA Login Issue for embedded resources

Hi, I have video resources on one domain which has now okta authentication. Those videos are now embedded as url in iframe in other sites which uses ntlm authentication. Issue is user who is not authenticated by OKTA is not able to view resources. Is there way by which user will be able to view it with help of some cookies?

    Hi Arvind,

From my understanding, those resources are only allocated to the users which are part of the domain that have Okta as an IdP and users outside of that domain are not able to view them because authentication reasons. This is intended behavior and there is no way to ignore Okta authentication for the sole purpose of this.

  • Hello Valda,

Thanks for your comments. I can understand resources cannot be accessed without authentication. If I am authenticated in another browser tab then resource is accessed fine. There must some cookie which is being checked by OKTA for authentication. I need to get those details so we can pass same along while accessing resouce when user has opened new session and still not authenticated.
