WilliE.34007 (Customer) asked a question.

Passwordless login

Can an authentication "factor" like Yubikey or Okta Verify be used instead of the password, when logging in for the first time (i.e. "passwordless login") from an external network? I am currently running an evaluation where the users are requesting to not have to remember a password.

  • Hi at this time we do not have that. that's why it's called multi-factor or 2FA, it comes after credentials however i would recommend a feature request.
