Differ MFA from Okta web and Okta mobile app

I would like to setup Okta MFA setup like this

This function is only available at the application-level MFA: https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Security/App_Based_Signon.htm
If you are looking for this feature at org-level MFA, I would recommend submitting this idea as a new feature via the following link https://support.okta.com/help/oktaideas.
