Okta to ServiceNow

Hi,

We got the following 2 questions from our suplier, and i dont kow the answer to them.

Hope some of you can help me with them.

Thanks in advance.

Patrick

1. The Okta to ServiceNow integration is limited to a fixed table(sys_user) in ServiceNow with a flexibility only to define field mapping OR we can have the table in ServiceNow configurable.

2. When mapping Okta fields to ServiceNow can we have some scripts added or two fields from Okta concatenated as one field in ServiceNow.

Hi Patrick, thought I might give it a try. The integration would be limited to the sys_user table, with the ServiceNow UD application you can use schema discovery to map custom ServiceNow attributes from the sys_user table. In addition, you can use Okta expressions to create the required values in the ServiceNow attribute mappings that you add.

Have a look at the below document to give you an idea of how the integration would be configured
