I'm trying to upload a certificate provided by the vendor but it's not working, I'm getting The filename is invalid or missing

Is this an Apple Cert for mobile devices or are you trying to load in some other type of certificate?

It's another type of certificate, given by the vendor. File name is Insala.cert

I would recommend calling and placing a call with support so they can verify the compatibility with the cert and the cert issuer.
