Terminal Services

We are setting up a Terminal Services server.

When we open IE we just get an Okta login page. It doesn't do the automatic signon like our desktops do.

Any suggestions?

Hello,
I woiuld confirm that the IP address of the terminal server you are sigining into is included under the Security / Networks tab in the Okta admin console, and that you are logged into the domain from the terminal server. Excellent thought, but our desktops and servers use the same outgoing IP pool.
