DocuSign Integration
We are looking into integrating DocuSign with our Active Directory via OKTA. I have the following questions; Currently we have users that we manage in DocuSign that are sitting in multiple Active Directories. 1. What happens when you integrate your active directory with DocuSign via OKTA when users have multiple accounts in different active directories? 2. Will the security groups in DocuSign still exist when we integrate? What happens with security groups? Is there a process in place, contact, project plan, or documentation to assist us the process?
