- AD user created
- Okta-AD Sync happens
- AD user created in step one is found to be setup incorrectly and has to be deleted from AD to fix issue
- In between Okta-AD Sync times, user account is re-created in the correct order with the same information: SamAccountName, UPN, Email address ect..
- Now in Dicrectory Integrations under Import we receive a conflict message
- The main questions are:
- Do we ignore the message since there is already an Okta account there?
- Would this cause any known issues?
- Do we delete the Okta account and wait for another snyc?
- Do we remove the AD account, wait for Okta to sync and then recreate?
