Service now express integration with Okta
Just a very quick question, we currently have a setup with our Service Now Express instance where we you an AD linked LDAP authentication system. We are looking at moving across to Okta. What I am concerned about is that if I activate the Okta plugin in Express it will instantly stop users logging in via LDAP at a point when not everyone will be set up in Okta. Does anyone have any experience on this? Can you activate Okta, have the two login approaches running side by side and gradually move people over?

    Hi Richard,

if you chose to federate SNOW with Okta, then Okta will be the one handling the authentication.

As best practice, we recommed seetting up the AD/LDAP integration first and then plan the migartion for SNOW.
