Users never logged in to okta, but outlook thick client reporting
We are using office365 as SSO in OKTA. Some of our users  did not login to okta in very long time. but they use outlook thick client. The report shows 0 login on them but I am not sure if when the user use outlook, will that be triaged as  access and show in the report? if no does anyone know how i can such a report?

I just want to remove the users who really don't use OKTA only, including the users who use outlook only.

Thank you

    Hi Billal

If a user has cached credentials (from a previous sucessful authentication) stored within the outlook client then when the user opens the client it does not cause an authentication request via Okta to take place. The first time the outlook client is used/registered or if the user's password changes or more than 14 days of unused activity takes place will there be an authentication event that passes to Okta if the Office 365 tenant is federated with Okta.
