Integrate Okta to AD and configure SSO with JIRA On-Premises

Is it possible to integrate Okta to AD and configure SSO integration from Okta to the JIRA On-Premises?

Yes this is possible. Okta has a pre-built integration for Jira On-Premise that supports SAML and account provisioning.
