    As the device is de-provisioned the Okta profile/ policy and possibly mailbox/ contacts/ calendar (if you are pushing O365 or GA mail via ActiveSync) should have all gone from the users device?

     

    The device is in a similar state to a deactivated user

     

    Get them to authenticate to the Okta mobile native app again and they will be prompted to re-register and accept the policy again. This will then re-register their device and trigger any mailbox push again

     

    Assuming they register on the same device it will show up as active again.
