Hi Dustin,

Out of interset, what do you intend to use the IDP.xml file for, if I may ask? While I don't know the aswer to your question I'm thinking there may be other ways to obtain the information that you require. For instance, on the Sign-on tab of the O365 app configuration, if you click "View Setup Instructions", you will see most of the information that'd be configured for the federation, via PowerShell.
