Redirect to IWA page with error code 404 when accessing through Zscaler proxy service

We experience the following two conditions when accessing okta;

Redirect to service provider page with 404 when accessing https://<providername>.okta.com via could proxy service.
Return valid login screen when accessing the service directly, with no proxy service.

As described, the redirection only occurs when connecting via cloud proxy service.

Note that by adding the providername.okta.com in the proxy exception list to go direct resolve this issue.

The reason for this post is to find out if this can be resolved by successfully accessing the providername.okta.com site with redirection to a site https://oktaiwa.<providername>.com/IWA/ with 404 error

Anyone experience a similar issue before?

I would add the https://*.okta.com in the exception list, that the site won't be blocked
