Is it possible to make a end user directory?

I need to provide a contact directory to my end users. Is it possible to have an external facing directory that includes things like:

-Name

-Email

-Title

-Phone

I'm afraid that based on the level of details mentioned by you we cannot provide a comprehensive answer to your inquiry however, assuming that you referring to implementing a contact directory in Okta, that could be possible if your database would be located on external premises and you would facilitate access to it via a SWA app implemented in Okta.
