Existing OKTA user gets enrollment Questions again.
We have an existing OKTA user who was sent to the user creation page upon login after already having completed that weeks ago? Is this a common issue? I verified the Report log, and this user was defintely already using MFA and was setup previously. This has occurred to a couple of users.
