How often does the Universal Sync update Office 365
I have my AD connected and Okta connected to my Office 365 tennant. I have enabled the Universal Sync to Office 365 so that contacts and distribution lists will sync, however I cannot determine when upates run. When I was using the "User Sync" option I could either wait for the hour for the sync to occur automatically or force an update by going to Directory -> Directory Integration ->Active Directory -> Import then within a minute or two the Office 365 attributes would be updated. Since I enabled the "Universal Sync" option for Office 365 the Import function does not seem to do anything other than bring in new users and change user attributes when it comes to O365. I made some changes to some Distribution Lists in AD in the afternoon and I did not see the updates until the next day. How often does the sync run? My settings for AD show they are set for every hour, but clearly it is not hourly.
