Hi Alex,

What are you trying to do?

As to the answer, cells are basically transparent to you, so moving data from cell to cell wouldn't be very clear as an Okta Admin.

However, if you had an Okta Org in Cell 1 and an Okta Org in Cell 2, you could use the Okta API or Org2Org Connector to connect the two Orgs together and, in essense, move data between cells.

We've started with Okta when Fedramp cell was no available. Now due to the compliace requirements we have to use Fedramp certified cell. So here is the question, could the confit be moved so we don't have to start the configuration instance in a new cell from zero?
