Can someone clear up the difference between the multifactor that is available with Basic Okta vs the MFA license?
From the documentation I've been able to find, Okta comes out of the box with certain multifactor integration functionalities such as, Okta Verify OTP, Duo, Symantec, RSA, and Google Auth.  If you want the full assortment (Okta Verify w/push and Apple TouchID, SMS, Voice, Windows Hello, U2F, Yubikey, et al) you need to purchase the Adaptive MFA license.

HOWEVER, I have seen several my clients that have some of the MFA license functionality, but not all.  One has Okta Verify w/push and Apple TouchID, but no SMS or Voice.  Another has SMS, but no Verify w/push or security question.  This is incredibly confusing to me (and frustrating from a technical consultant standpoint), and I'm just looking for someone to plainly identify what functions are enabled with OOTB Okta and the MFA license.  OR, is the client able to 'a la carte' MFA functionality now?
