We have an application and we've been evaluating okta. A requirement has appeared now to enable multifactor for our implementation. However, in the multifactor settings I can only see Multifactor Types tab and I don't see Factor Enrollments and other tabs which I can see in a tutorial video. Does it need to be enabled specially? Would you enable it for me?

Additionally, I get the following error after the primary authentication in response to the following request:

Thank you for posting a community question. The reason you do not see the factor enrollment screen is because you do have the feature enabled in you Okta instance. Kindly contact Okta support to have it enabled. Thank you.
