  • Hi Sam,

Yes, this is a key benefit of using OMM.

You can provision email profiles to mobile devices by configuring Exchange ActiveSync settings. These settings can be found in the Mobile tab of your email service's app instance (e.g., Office 365, Google Apps, etc).

You can find more information here: https://support.okta.com/help/articles/Knowledge_Article/Enabling-Mobile-Access-to-Applications

    Cheers,

Hi Naveed, thanks for the info!

I have outlook setup as an app for the user. I got the iOS outlook downloaded so that Okta can launch it. When I go to it for the first time it requires the user to put in their email address, etc etc. How do I get these froms auto filled out? Or can I not do that?

    Thanks

Can Okta be set up to push out e-mail initial setup settings to mobile devices (iPhone, Android) via the OMM?
